These terms apply when you choose "Subscribe & save" on a Pet Moss product page. They sit alongside the rest of our Terms & Conditions.
Your subscription
You choose how often you receive your order: every month or every 2 months.
Each subscription order, including your first, is 10% off the standard price of the subscribed product. The discount is applied automatically in the basket and at checkout.
A subscription needs a Pet Moss account and a saved payment card, so subscriptions cannot be bought through guest checkout.
Renewals and payment
Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you chose until you pause or cancel it.
Payment for each renewal is taken from your saved card on its renewal date, so billing matches your delivery frequency.
If a renewal payment cannot be taken, that order will not be sent until payment is completed.
Pausing, skipping and cancelling
You can pause, skip an order or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
To avoid being charged for your next order, please make the change at least 3 days before its renewal date. Changes made less than 3 days before a renewal take effect from the following order.
Cancelling stops future orders. It does not affect orders that have already been paid for.
Changes to these terms
If we change the price, discount or terms of Subscribe & Save, we will tell you before the change affects your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
